Sterling Talent Group was established in February of 2005, as a vision with a focus in booking musicians, marketing, and event coordination. Jason and Carrie Willey collectively put effort towards making the vision a reality, and found help and support from friends along the way, one being Todd Purifoy, photographer.  He created this STG website, and handed us the bells and whistles and we've maintained it ever since..

With the definition of STERLING meaning "genuine, and pure", it adequately describes the team of talent that it represents. However, Sterling is also the name of Carrie's grandfather, who was a respected musician, lead singer, bass and guitar player of his own time...Sterling Kelly and The Hearts had several recorded albums in their day, which are treasured pieces of history today..
